George serves as president of GMAC Real Estate International Properties Group (IPG) in New York. He is also principal
of Real Estate Capital of America (RECAP), which provides full-service real estate financing.
He has managed one of the world’s largest real estate portfolios, which included the World Trade Center in New York. During his 25-year career, George has taken part in more real estate negotiations than most real estate professionals
in the world today.
George sits on the board of directors for the National Kidney Foundation. He maintains active memberships in several professional organizations and chambers of commerce, including CoreNet Global, formerly the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE); The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); and the Manhattan
Chamber of Commerce.
He earned an associate’s degree in construction management from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from New York Institute of Technology. George returned to New York University for his master’s degree in real estate development. He is now a doctoral candidate in international business at Pace University.
