Corey Crane

Mr. Corey Crane Crane earned his bachelor’s degree in community health education with an emphasis in fitness management in 1997. In 2000 Corey also earned a master’s degree in exercise science and psychomotor behavior at the University of Northern Iowa. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). He is a certified Level 1 Track and Field Coach through USA Track and Field. In addition Crane contributes as a fitness columnist to the Times Herold Record Men’s Journal and the TV show “Behind Lacrosse”. Recently he wrote a lacrosse specific strength and conditioning ebook titled “Winning the One Goal Game”.

Dwayne Nathaniel Lewis,  was born 18 April 1964,  at the Manhattan Metropolitan Hospital. My life has been like an epic with both highs and lows.  I grew up in South Jamaica Queens NY, a place that’s notorious for drug related crime.
