The Great American Cancer Scam
I travel the country for my business, and I’m constantly asked to give money to fight cancer. Don’t get me wrong — cancer is a disease that causes so much misery and tragedy in people’s lives, and I take it very seriously. But what I do have a problem with is “The War on Cancer.” It’s a joke.
Now maybe you think that’s harsh, and I’ve crossed the line. I’m sorry to say, but it is true. The War on Cancer is a joke. Back in the 1970s, President Nixon declared the War, but in all those years, what’s changed? Billions of dollars have been spent for research and cancer rates have continued to skyrocket. To name just a few:
- Breast Cancer
- Colon Cancer
- Lung Cancer
- Pancreatic Cancer
- Prostate Cancer
- Brain cancer
The problem is that the War was declared on the wrong enemy, and that’s why we’re losing. ”What?!” you ask. That’s right. Believe it or not, the enemy is not cancer. Cancer is just a symptom.
The real enemy is the American attitude towards life, health, and nutrition. We eat toxic food drenched in pesticides and genetically modified, eat meat full of antibiotics and hormones from animals that have been treated poorly for their entire lives, and we think nothing of it. We destroy our environment, our air, land, and water, with pollution of all kinds.
Americans, we’re short sighted. This is how our country thinks. People eat terribly, drink far too much alcohol, smoke, work insane hours, worry and stress all the time. We want what we want, we don’t take care of ourselves, and we expect a magical medical or technological solution to it when–SURPRISE!–we get sick, maybe with cancer, maybe with diabetes, maybe with something else. But it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.
I work with my clients to create balance and health out of our complicated 21st century lives. It is possible–and critically important–to have a fulfilling, successful life, and be healthy and happy.
If that balance, happiness, and health is what you want, contact me today. I would be honored to help you add many healthy and happy years to your life.
